We are seeking a Digital Advertising Designer to join our team! In this position, you will be focusing on creating, conceptualizing, and executing strategic digital campaign creative for digital ads and social media channels. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter that is capable of delivering brilliant creative designs and strategies. This position will offer creative opportunities in social media, digital advertising, and more!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:
• Concept and create digital content for 20+ product brands. This includes creating content for our social media including both static and motion graphics, repurposing copy to create storyboards for video ads, and more.
• Plan, coordinate, and track the design and production of all digital project assets created by our external multimedia professions (videographers, influencers, etc.)
• Support our growth strategy and use engagement and conversion data to drive the creative decision-making process — while staying consistent with established brand standards.
• Work cross-functionally with the Content and Marketing teams to analyze performance, define strategy, and optimize digital reach.
• Maintain structure of file naming, storing, and organizing assets.
• Stay current on the latest industry trends, standards, and techniques in digital design.
Candidates must possess the following criteria:
• Adobe Creative Suite: Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and AfterEffects
• Experience in Asana and Dropbox
• Creative thinker with problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with impeccable attention to detail
• Team player willing to jump in and help wherever needed
• Ready and willing to learn new skillsets and software as needed
• Stay current with social, design, and digital trends
Additional Desired Skills:
• Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Dimension knowledge
• Product photography and videography skills
• Experience in creating TikTok videos and Instagram Reels
