Return/International Shipping Policy

Here at Microbiome Labs we take our commitment to quality seriously. Our products are manufactured in NSF International® registered facilities and either meet or exceed cGMP standards. It is important our customers are confident that they are obtaining a high-quality product.

We understand that occasionally a product may not meet your expectations. Most products are eligible for a return credit within 45 days from the day it was shipped, or a replacement, unless otherwise notified. Microbiome Labs does not refund or provide return credits for opened or used product. Product must be returned to us in its original condition. To process a return, please call 855-729-5090 to obtain an Return Authorization Number (RMA). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return credits will be provided less the initial shipping and handling costs.

Additionally, international orders are subject to the same return policy; however, Microbiome Labs is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or customs fees. It is also our right to refuse international shipments due to customs restrictions. We do not accept returns due to market changes or a customer’s inability to sell the product due to a lack of compliance with advertised pricing policies or internet reselling restrictions. For Sales on the Amazon platform, the Microbiome Labs Brand works hard to ensure that only authentic, high-quality products reach consumers in the condition we intend. As such, for all sales on the Amazon platform, the Microbiome Labs Brand offers a 45-day Satisfaction Guarantee which will NOT be honored without the provision of valid proof of purchase directly from the FortressBrand Amazon storefront.

BiomeFX Registrations cannot be refunded once received by your lab facility. You can check the status under My Account – Labs. If the lab is in Received or Completed status a refund cannot be processed.

Damaged/Lost Packages

If you receive a package that has been damaged, save the original box and all its contents and call us immediately with the invoice number.

We will make every effort to remedy the situation as soon as possible. If your package was lost/stolen, please contact us with your order details so we can investigate and file a claim.

Online Sales Policy — Internet & Resale Restrictions

Microbiome Labs products can only be sold on practitioner-owned (Customer), or Microbiome Labs hosted E-commerce websites for MSRP or above. Any advertisements, discounts, rewards programs, coupons, special offers, sales, promotions, or price reductions resulting in a price below MSRP must not be shared with non-patients/non-clients. Any price below MSRP must not be able to be found via an internet search or on any website that is not password or shop code protected with a unique and non-automatic password intended to limit access solely to the Customer’s patients/clients.

Third-Party Sites Microbiome Labs does not authorize or permit sales of its professional lines of products on third-party websites (such as Amazon, eBay, and similar sites). Microbiome Labs reserves the right to not sell or supply products to any Customer who sells Microbiome Labs products on third-party websites. Microbiome Labs will pursue the removal of unauthorized listings on third-party sites. Microbiome Labs expects Customers who sell Microbiome Labs products to cooperate with requests related to third-party sites and investigatory inquiries.

Online Sales Violator Refunds

Violators of the Online Sales Policy will not receive refunds on any previous orders.
